Ruby red wine, rarely deep in colour. Its herbaceous and pleasant aroma, which is particularly characteristic in a young wine, becomes much more ethereal after some ageing, while the colour increasingly acquires brick red highlights. Dry, full bodied and harmonious on the palate. Serve with tasty rice and pasta dishes, , boiled red meats, roast poultry and, when well-aged and generous, with game.
