Its bright straw yellow colour tends towards gold and it has an intense, inebriating bouquet, with delicate notes of acacia flowers, flowery meadows and ripe peach, accompanied by vanilla and hazelnut scents, elegantly creating a unique symphony of pleasant sensations. The perfect dessert wine but also very good with soft, mild cheeses, it tastes sweet but not cloying, flooding the palate with unique and prolonged aromatic sensations. Reminiscent of acacia honey, nevertheless it leaves the mouth dry and fresh.
Serve at a temperature of about 6-8 °C.
