A not very deep-coloured red wine tending towards garnet, and becoming particularly delicate with age. It has a soft bouquet and flavor, in an endless range of sensations, with a medium-bodied, harmonious and rather velvety palate. It is a wine for pairing with risotto,, pasta and gnocchi with meat sauces. It goes well with boiled poultry, roast meats and spit-roast veal and chicken.
Serve at a temperature of about 16 °C.
