This dull straw yellow wine has greenish highlights and a characteristic, dry citrine palate with an average alcohol content. It has a pleasant, slightly almond bouquet, with delicious scents of acacia, chestnut and brushwood in general. It goes well with cold starters, salty fish dishes and lemon-based sauces.
Serve at a temperature of about 8-10° C.
