The colour features golden shades, while the bouquet is characterised by peach, apricot, plum, beeswax and rennet apple, all perfectly merged and structured with no overpowering notes.
It is a great dessert wine and is also perfect with slightly mature cheeses. Full, tannic and delicious on the palate, it presents an excellent structure without ever being cloying.
Serve at a temperature of about 12 °C.
